Returns for non-ordered or damaged products

If we have sent you products that you did not order, or if your goods arrived damaged, you can of course return them to us. We will bear the costs for this. To return your products, please contact support@ohmybiome.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/mis-shipped product . We will contact you as soon as possible and inform you about the further steps.

 

Other returns

If you decide to send your products back to us for other reasons, that's a shame, but no problem either! Please note, however, that in this case you will have to bear the shipping costs yourself.
